  • All selected products will be stored in your shopping cart.
  • From the shopping cart, you can continue to purchase more products or simply check out.
  • You will need to create an account with us OR you can check-out as a guest. We suggest you create an account with us so that when you come the next time for    a purchase, your details are already with us and so it will not take you much time to check out.
  • You need to follow the payment instructions. Input your billing and shipping address and choose your preferred mode of payment.
  • Once you have made a payment, you shall receive a confirmation email from us. Once your order has been dispatched, you shall receive a second email                confirming the same.

Once your order has been shipped out, you shall get a notification of the same. Please note: It sometimes takes upto 24 hours for the tracking (the shipping details) to be updated,or to reflect, after an order is placed.

10.How do I change my billing address and other personal details?

You need to login into your Softsens account, where you can change the address and also update new information related to your profile.Please note: We strongly suggest that you make the necessary changes to your shipping address BEFORE you place your order with us. This would help reduce the chances of issues occurring during the time of delivery of your order.

14.I have already placed my order, but I need to cancel it. Now what?

After the order has been shipped, it becomes difficult to cancel it. However, Softsens shall try to help the customer out with the request. Softsens shall get in touch with the courier company and ask them if it can be called back. If it can’t be re-called, then once the customer receives the order, it will need to be sent back to Softsens (the customer will need to bear the cost of the return shipping fee and will need to use a reliable courier company to send the order back because if it gets damaged while coming back, then a refund cannot take place).
Softsens will only be able to refund the customer, in the form of Online Vouchers, for the product and NOT for the shipping fee (as this would have already been paid for). If the courier company can bring it back, then Softsens shall refund the customer, in the form of Online Vouchers, only for the product and NOT the shipping fee (as this would have already been paid for). Softsens advises its customers to please inform Softsens as early as possible about cancellations. 16.When a product is not available or sold out, then will it be available again?

In some cases, the customer will have the opportunity to buy those products again once it features on the website. In case not, then the customer can email us on info@softsensbaby.com and we shall try and to get it. Also, sometimes, some products may be out of stock but can be purchased online (payment can be made and once back in stock, the product shall be shipped to the customer). Usually, the products that are out of stock, but still appear on the website, come back in stock in a few days.

17.How else can I place my order apart from online?

You can reach out to Softsens via WhatsApp. Orders are accepted via WhatsApp. The customer can add +91 9833 808228 to their contact address (in the mobile) and can then chat with one of the Softsens representatives with regards to placing an order.
